Savoy Construction was appointed by Ivor Court Freehold Limited via a single stage tender to undertake external repairs and redecorations to the 9-storey building in in the heart of Marylebone, NW1.
The project included external repairs to brickwork and stonework, replacement of a 950m2 roof covering, repair of timber doors and windows and decorations.
As works were undertaken above a busy thoroughfare in central London, key to the success of the project was implementation of stringent Health and Safety procedures and extensive liaison with the residents and local stakeholders.
