Savoy Construction was appointed to undertake the design and construction of a block of apartments at 134 Battersea High Street.
Set on a picturesque high street of South London, next to famed Candlemaker pub, the development is a 5-storey block (including basement) incorporating 9 no. duplex and single storey apartments, combining spacious open-plan layouts with bespoke design elements. The top floor includes a unique penthouse apartment across two floors.
The construction methodology included secant piling, formation of a basement, RC frame superstructure, brickwork and zinc cladding, roof top terraces, balconies and luxury internal fit-out.
The construction works were undertaken over a 55-week period.
