Woolwich Old Town Hall was built in 1842 in the early Victorian period and Woolwich Old Public Library was built in 1901 in the late Victorian/early Edwardian period. Both buildings are Grade ll listed.

The internal repair and improvement work included new mechanical and electrical installations, refurbishment of WC areas, creation of kitchenettes, new flooring and decorations throughout.

Due to the complexity of the site and the works, all works were undertaken in conjunction with the clients Heritage team.
