Savoy Construction were appointed by Whitelands House (Chelsea) Ltd via a single stage tender to undertake external maintenance and redecorations of a mansion block in London, SW3.
The project included full scaffolding of the 9-storey block and lightwells and the works included brickwork repairs, render repairs, Crittall windows repairs, redecorations and cleaning.
The project included extensive liaison with the residents of the 113 apartments and the commercial leaseholders on the ground floor. All works were completed within a 42-week programme.
