Located adjacent to the Thames, Sovereign View is an occupied mansion block in Rotherhithe. Savoy Construction was appointed to undertake the external refurbishment and redecoration to this luxury development.
All homes were fully occupied during refurbishment, therefore there were necessary pedestrian pathway closures and parking bay suspensions. Health and safety of the general public was an important factor for this project and careful care was taken to ensure all access and prohibited areas were clearly identified.
