28 Wellington Street / 5 Tavistock Street is a mansion block located off Drury Lane in London’s West End. Savoy Construction was appointed to undertake its major external repairs, refurbishments and redecorations.

The residents are situated on the upper floors and Bella Italia restaurant on the ground and basement floors. This meant that health and safety was a key consideration for the project delivery. There were also necessary pedestrian pathway closures during the erection of the scaffold.

To ensure Bella Italia’s business was not affected, erection of temporary restaurant signage was provided.
