Works included the external repair and redecoration of the Knightsbridge Green elevation, including erection of scaffolding to gain access to all elevations, chimney stacks and work areas, including flat roofs and concealed areas.
We carried out specialist repair, replacement and cleaning to stonework/bricks, repairs to joinery and metalwork. Exposure and repair to concealed drainage connections including opening up for investigations.
All works were completed within a 16-week programme.
