Savoy Construction was appointed by Russell Court Management via a single stage tender to undertake fire precaution works to this 1930’s mansion block in Bloomsbury.
The project included the renewal of front entrance door sets to 501 occupied apartments, replacement of cross corridor doors and riser door sets, installation of fire detection to each individual apartment and door holdback sensors.
The project included extensive liaison with the residents of the 501 apartments.
