The Royal Quarter is a luxury residential development in Kingston-upon-Thames with extensive internal gardens. Savoy Construction was appointed by Fairhold Holdings to refurbish and redecorate the exterior of eight occupied blocks with over 400 apartments. The blocks were a mix of four to six-storeys high.

To ensure minimum disruption to residents, the programme was undertaken within 24 weeks.
