Savoy Construction was appointed by Little Agnes Nursery in London, SE11 to design and convert a purpose-built ground floor office space into a specialist bilingual English French nursery and pre-school.
The facilities were specifically designed for children aged between 3 months to 5 years old.
Our works included new partition walls, ceilings, new flooring, electrical, lighting, and mechanical upgrades, new WC’s and formation of a kitchenette.
All refurbishment works were undertaken ‘fast-track’ to allow the nursery to open after the Easter holidays.
