Danubius Hotel is located by Regents Park and Lord’s Cricket Ground in London. Savoy Construction carried out a high-end refurbishment of the bedrooms at this luxury 364-room four-star hotel.
All works were delivered within a fully operational and occupied hotel. Therefore, health and safety was one of the main priorities, and noisy works could only be undertaken between specific times of the day.
Works to each room included:
- Mechanical and electrical improvements
- New flooring
- Decorations
- Acoustic improvements
- Installation of purpose built FF&E
