The project included the erection of scaffolding and cradles to enable the external decoration and minor repair works to City Quay which comprises of eleven joined buildings. The works included Doff cleaning of the building facades, balconies, canopies, penthouse roofs and roof terraces along with grounds canopies, sculptures and the dock side of the boundary walls on Sun Walk.
All previously decorated external elements were decorated, including timber, steelwork, doors, windows, render, gates, soffits and fascia boards.
Window and door glazing were also cleaned along with light fittings.
All works were completed over 3 phases within a 33 week programme.
