Savoy Construction was appointed by The Capital City Academy Trust to design and install a new modular building, plus various alteration and refurbishment works within the existing main building.
The new 365m2 modular building includes a full-length entrance canopy and provides 2 no. classrooms, offices, WC’s, male and female changing rooms, including showers and referee changing facilities.
The works within the existing building included alterations to form one large 6th form common room, new offices, IT upgrades and the refurbishment of science classroom, including new fixed furniture.
All works were undertaken during the summer holiday period to minimise disruption to the staff and pupils.
